HEIDI

Founder Kimberly's "little-big sis" (shorter but older), Heidi Ann Bateman, was introduced to a relationship with Jesus Christ at the tender age of 9.  Growing up in Long Island, NY, Heidi went on to use her gift of gab toward a Communications degree in college, then years later became a NYC Elementary School Teacher.  Her passions include talking about life and love...writing letters to God in her journal, and singing and dancing with her two children-- when she's not looking up recipes on Pinterest.  Heidi's beloved husband of 12 years, Kevin, is the Associate and Youth Pastor at an Assemblies of God Church in Queens, NY.  She currently teaches Science; but, doesn't like bugs (unless they're dead) or dirt, or sweating.  It's Heidi's prayer that the experiences she's had in over 40 years of life can relate God's love to your life in some way; or at the very least, help you smile and lull you off to sleep.  After all, nothing heals like a great nap!
